Rooted in the tradition of the Hasinai, a Native American ethnicity from the southeastern region of what is now the United States, we honor their beautiful tradition of expressing affection and friendship with the emotive greeting “tejas!”, which roughly translates means 'friend'. With the arrival of the Spanish, the territory started to be referred to as “tejas,”

The agave from Jalisco is one of the most valuable treasures for tequila production. With its Agave being of the Blue Weber variety, ideal climate, mountainous terrain, and traditional cultivation methods passed down through generations, this agave offers an authentic flavor and aroma that make our tequila a unique beverage. Its cultivation is carefully regulated by the Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT), ensuring that it meets the necessary quality standards to carry the “Tequila” designation of origin.
